Article about: Im thinking the pistol was intentionally stripped of its side plate and trigger by a German before He discarded it.

    Very hard mate from a rusted lump like that, theres no detail to see ect so very hard to comment on

    With the toggle back like that, is it possible it jammed or the clip was emptied during combat? Just a thought!

    No not really, there can be subtle differences but from yours impossible to tell, could be 1st or 2nd world war
