Thanks for sharing. Ashame concerning the pitting but any luger today is worth having as prices have risen a lot in the last `15 years.

Wow, the pitting on that 17 is horrible. A shame really. I have an erfurt 1912 #325 that is in way better condition

Erfurt 1918.
all matching including the wood base mag.
3 digit serial number 987.
Wood bottom on the mag is a NOS replacement I had a bunch of. Original wood bottom damaged, I replaced it because I shoot it.

Not too bad considering it's age. Glad your enjoying shooting it. The one I had fired very well with ball ammo. It was a reblue but only cost me $250 way back. Now more like $2000.

I bought this one off an older gentleman for $700 about 3 years ago. It jams on occasion and the mag double feeds so I mainly use my brothers ww2 Mauser mag in it because it runs flawless and the darn thing is still accurate!
