    I wouldn't change the grips. They show how much the pistol has been used. Why change what is (possibly) original to the pistol? A lovely gun!

    i just found an another luger in russia it is not working but it is still in good condition it is located in st.petersburg but they will bring it to ukraine for me if i pay 4000$ for it what do you think about the pistol and about the prize it has also have original bullets inside.

    I think $4000 is very expensive for a semi relic Luger, i wouldn't buy it but that's just me!...

    I think it is a lot of money for what you have there. been around lugers a long time and that one is not worth 4000.00. Just my opinion.

    The first luger you posted looks really nice, congrats! I wouldn't have wanted to change the grips either... they give the gun a certain air of history and character. The relic one is nice too but they're asking 10 times as much as it's really worth (imo), I'd stay away from someone wanting that much money for a relic gun.

    i am thinking to pay 2500-3000 for the 1939 luger but if you offer not to buy i will not i wait your help

    i agree. Your first luger I would leave as is. just keep a light coat of oil on it and not change the grips. I don't know the market on relic lugers in your area, but I would not pay more than 400.00 for it. Just my opinion.
