Nice set. Not sure what the H is but the frog on most DRK sidearms have the same H.

The buckle is a nice original and to me so id the belt, the writing on it says German Red Cross (Bereitschaft) Willingness and Aachen stadt is the town.
Bereitschaft was (and is) the designation for a local-level volunteer unit of the German Red Cross.
The lower-case "m" next to the term identifies a male (männlich) unit; female units had a "w" (weiblich). (Back then, men and women served in separate Red Cross units.)
In this context, Bereitschaft does not mean "willingness"; an approximate translation is "readiness unit".
