Has anybody got any ideas on the attached? I have been told so many mixed messages on this piece. Hopefully the attachments work.

Looks to be the size of a flag pole topper. And of nice quality compared to alot of items posted here. Best regards.

Thanks Brian, that was my thoughts too. I haven't been able to find an exact match whilst researching and then I have had mixed views on the piece - both of these then raised questions on my initial thoughts.

Marc here is a similar designed desk eagle sold by German wat booty previously. So if nothing else it was a style used in the day. It's of comparable quality imo. Welcome to the forum btw! Best regards.

I agree with Brian. It does look like nice quality and made of Bronze.

It is an item I would add to my collection rather than the poorly cast iron examples that are often seen for sale.
