Clockwise around the pennant you have:
Two Police service medals and Civil service medal miniatures.
A Police 18 year service medal.
A NSDAP Party badge and HJ badge.
A tinnie and a cap cockade (?).
An NSKOV cap badge (?).
A Heer adler stickpin.
Another small national symbol pin, no idea what it could be for.
A police cap badge.
Two Frauenschaft badges.

I'm sorry, I have no idea what the pennant is for or even if it's authentic, not my thing unfortunately but I'm sure someone will be along to help shortly.

Yea on my searchs online I have not been able to ID it. I know its real for it came in the same box with the Flags, and Bayonets, and medals and patches that had not seen the light of day for over 50 years, that I have posted. I'm trying to ID some things.

I'm not doubting it being real, I genuinely have no idea so couldn't tell one way or the other. If you have any TR decorations, please post them down in the TR Orders and Decorations forum and the guys there will be happy to give their opinions on them.

Right. Its a membership pin for the RDB; the abbreviation stands for Reichsbund der Deutschen Beamten, i.e. National League of German Officials/Civil Servants.
