What is this????
Is it a fantasy piece or to some organisation???
Made in several piedestal and have some age.
I dont think the tinne belongs to it.

Perhaps this is an armband related to the concentration camp system? I understand that the blue triangle was used to designate prisoners who were foreign forced labourers. However, I only speculate. If so, it would have been worn with the point of the triangle downwards.

An odd item that shows no resemblance to any 3rd Reich era German armband I have ever encountered.

Looks sloppily done the metal badge on the armband looks like it is Italian or Spanish, maybe it is a Spanish armband from the 40s never seen anything like this before
