Hi.
Please identify. Apparently it is a badge of "Lodzer Deutsche Gymnasium".

A German school founded in the Russian part of Poland in 1906...Lodz became Litzmannstadt following the WWII German occupation...Building was used by the Wehrmacht until closing in 1945 as the Red Army approached...there were two reunions of former staff and students in Weinheim in 1956 (To celebrate the 50th year of the school's founding), and again in 1966...Perhaps this brooche is a commemorative of the 50 year Reunion...
