The brooch is modelled on the 1937-pattern service brooches of the RADwJ; obvious differences being the text and the used of a "sunwheel" Swastika.
The second letter in the abbreviation is actually not a "U", but an "A". "Zur Erinnerung an den D.A.d.w.J. Banat" means "As a memory of the D.A.d.w.J. Banat". "D.A.d.w.J." would appear to mean "Deutscher Arbeitsdienst der weiblichen Jugend" = "German Labor Service of the Female Youth".
A Deutscher Arbeitsdienst [German Labor Service] was formed in the Banat region in 1942 upon a decree by the Volksgruppenführer der Deutschen Volksgruppe im Banat und Serbien [Leader of the Ethnic German Community in the Banat and Serbia].
I do not know whether the piece is real, fake or fantasy.
