Forestry? Luftwaffe admin?
And of course, are they original? What about the papertag?

Hi Anton, they are not Luftwaffe / Forestry.
I should imagine the clue lies in the tag....
Cheers, Ade.
Finance ministry? Do you think they are original? Common?
I have no idea as this is completely outside my areas of interest.
Cheers, Ade.
These are Luftwaffe style--Army Forestry tabs. I used to have two pair of these but they were in Maus-Grey. I got rid of all my forestry stuff about 2-3 years ago in a trade. I forget what the forestry rank is properly called? something like Revoir-forester or something like that? Its not in my area of interest either ;-)) but hope this helps?
Sorry, but as Ade already said, no Luftwaffe or Forestry connection there. They are, in fact, post-war:
These are West German Customs Service collar patches for an official ranked Zollsekretär. (Collar patch rank insignia for customs officials were discontinued in the early seventies.) Of course, the paper labels do not belong there.
See here for an insignia chart:

Thanks HPL! Didn't pay much for them, so it's allright. Did think that they were from WWII...
They LOOk like Forestry. I had two pair some years ago-on Mouse Grey material. Army of Luftwaffe style--however-no pips on mine. Thanks for any correction though.
Actually, they look quite different from forestry collar patches. The most obivous differences:
- No stars/pips were used on forestry collar patches, only oakleaf devices.
- Collar patches for the elevated and high-grade career groups also had additional oakleaf clusters, but these were of a totally different design than the one seen above and never positioned in the center, but the corners of the collar patches.
- Green embroidery was never used.
