(it is about the first badge you show) and is for the Luftwaffe:



And here the text from the "Uniformen-Markt"-magazine from December 1937.
What the badge is, is obvious from the text. Now you know exactly what it is BM11208!!
With many questions the Internet cannot help you at all.
