The arm patch is definitely for the Landesverband Hannover from the Stahlhelm-organization.
The cuffband may have a name for the area, but I can't remember, which it could be precisely.
It is my first thought it be: HANNOVER LAND what you see with post 1.
With none of the photographs I do own, the name upon the cuff band one can read. Some
do have an extremely long name. I am not able to enlarge, but I can show the standard in use
for the Landesverband Hannover.
