Diplomatic Tunic Value?

A dealer has one for sale for US$1200. It seems low to me. Never seen one before though. Wreath with three pips under eagle, skinny shoulder boards, silver piped collar, Double row of buttons in front. I am assuming it is original. If it is, anybody got a clue on possible retail value? Hats and daggers sure go for a pile. Just never seen a tunic. Sorry but no pictures yet. Maybe next week. Doug

so far, it sounds like you are talking about a Government Official's tunic (they had silver piping). The price would be very low if it's real.

pics. High Quality but no markings, tags of any kind inside. Seems odd to me that the top outslide button has no button hole for it to go into opposite. What do you guys think? Doug
