As far as I know, this pin was worn just to show support for Hitler. It comes with a gold or silver finish and it is VERY common. Value 1-2 Euro (£1)

While original, I would pass on this example due to the lack of the gilt finish to the obverse. As the guys have said, these are common and much better examples can be found.
