German flags, patches, train eagle, flag pole top, etc

Hey guys, I'm looking into buying these items and wanted to get a 2nd opinon. I don't have the best pictures, but hopefully you guys can help out. I'm some what familiar with german items, I've owned varies medals, nazi youth patches, nazi youth knife, 8ft swastika banner, and so on.

I figured it be easier just to make a folder on a photo sharing website than going through the forum. - German items - Album on Imgur

Items in order:

1. Nazi train eagle. Apparently a lot of fakes out? This one has the writing on the back something, something, germany 1945...Assuming that's a note from the presumable vet that brought it back? Measures 27 inches

2. Another metal eagle, is this a train eagle as well?

3. Flag pole top. Really like this, but again have no clue how to authenticate.

4. I'm 99% sure this is a fake, which makes me paranoid about the rest of the items.

5. Haven't seen a flag like this.

6. I haven't seen a flag with the three loops. I might be able to get a better idea when i see it in person

7. Is this a civilian patch? sports patch, mail?

8. Another civilian patch?

9. No clue

10. No clue

11. No clue
