Hey Guys N Gals
I acquired this pin and have no idea what it is, if it is fake etc. It has supposed to been tested to see if it was gold (it is apparently). Any info would be great.

welcome to the forum.
no idea about the eagle...
It looks more like a pigeon than an eagle to me. Furthermore, the casting is pretty rough and I doubt it's gold either as there is no hallmark. IMO it's a poor fake I'm afraid.

LOL at pigeon, not looking good so far
Unfortunately, what Should have been a very nice piece is simply a modern day made item. The head of the eagle, as Ned said, is extremely poor in detail-particularly the beak. And, yes-I doubt very much also, if it actually is solid gold. You could always have it tested,I suppose, but there's really little point in doing so, as basically, why bother testing a fake? I kind of Like the little box it's in, but, alas, it, too, is modern.

I agree that it is probably a fake, but I would still have it professionally tested. If gold, it will be worth some money.
