help with this rank badge and cap eagle please

Hi there I was after some help with these two items please. I think the rank badge is for a wehrmacht Obergefreiter, am I correct?
Also is the eagle for a NSDAP cap please??

Hi Jay

The rank chevrons are, depending on year the following:
1921>1936..........Gefreiter
1936>1945..........Obergefreiter with less than 6yrs service.

Sorry, I cant say if they are genuine or not mate and I havent a clue about the eagle.
