i need some help with this uniform. I believe it s a nsdap one but I m not sure

It's a Sturmabteilung (SA) uniform.

The unit as identified by the right-hand collar patch is the 14th Sturm of the 16th SA-Standarte "List"; rank as identified by the left-hand collar patch is SA-Rottenführer.

The light-blue color of the collar patches together with the white piping and embroidery and the aluminum buttons is for Gruppe Hochland. The medium blue branch color underlay to the shoulder boards is for Medical SA.

Insignia are of the 1939 pattern.
