I posted a photo of three from my collection for a visual comparison. There seems to be a lot of variation in the quality of these kind of stick pins. It appears yours is constructed properly and has the right knurled pin but seems to lack some detail on the adler and wreath. Yours may just be a well worn example
I don't think the lack of detail is due to wear and tear. It is soft in detail in both the high and low spots indicating to me it was made this way
As far as originality. I would be skeptical but I'm not in a position to pass judgement.
