Right; let's sort this out... So, the event held on 20/21 Oct. 1934 for which this tinnie was issued was the:

    "KURMÄRKISCHER
    BEAMTENTAG
    BRANDENBURG/H
    ."

Kurmärkisch is the adjective relating to the Kurmark, the Imperial State held by the Margraves of Brandenburg.

Beamte are officials or civil servants, Tag means "day".

"Brandenburg/H." ist the abbreviation for the city of Brandenburg an der Havel, the historic capital of the Margraviate of Brandenburg.

So, this was a two-day meeting/congress/event for officials in the Kurmark region, held at Brandenburg an der Havel.

As for the knight: This is one of the landmarks of the city of Brandenburg, the Roland statue in front of the Rathaus (Town Hall). The knight's left hand is resting on his dagger.
