Near Mint Funeral Drape or Sash

This was also among the Military bits I picked up last week.
This has been folded for so long that the white round circles have been impressed into some of the red areas.

I think it is good, but as I am not A WW2 German collector, I would like anyones input on it
Are they common? Are they collectable?
