Here's one from right here on the forum. I believe this is what Trophelm badges are supposed to look like. Yours looks like a crudely done copy, using the exact same style of eagle. Also looks similar to the style used on the Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen.

The Pin is indeed a bad one. Here’s an example of a real one on my helmet.

It is the typical Wehrmacht Adler, used in many different things.
The original one posted is still a fake though.
