It appears to be fine. There whould be a RZM tag in the inside pocket. If not there, wait for one that complies with regulations.

The RZM tag was not always there, as I am aware about.
When I colleded in the 1970'ds I had just such same tunic,
including the pants. Since the end of the war it hung in a
closet from the neighbour of a friend here in Helmond. No
insignia, nothing. The set was made by a local tailor. There
was a bill in one of the inside pockets. The bill did not have
a name, so I never found out if it was made for as German
or whatever! I know, in most occasions do not trust stories,
but this was a real fact!
In a manufacturing regulation it was said that when collar
patches would fit, the lapels were okay when they looked
as SA.
