Until September of 1939, jewelers in England and the US both continued to make pieces for Germans and German patriots. And why wouldn't they? There was no state of war between the countries at this point. Is no different than much of the tourist junk you can find today in any number of tourist traps that is marked "China" or Japan". Such jewelry was sold both locally and exported to Germany and elsewhere. In the US here, they actually produced Nazi flags and more. Such items would be quite collectable today.
