Both are Reichsleitungsleitung level tabs from the 1939-1945 period. The first one should be for an Oberbereichsleiter and the second for an Hauptabschnittsleiter. Should be correct, but I hope somebody else can confirm that.

Our colleague is correct in identifying the pay grade and level of these tabs. Nice examples.
