NSFK Glider badge and document help

Hi All,
I recently won this lot, these are my only photos because I have yet to receive it, It was an impulse buy and I think it will display nicely with my DLV Dagger, If anyone has one or knows anything about these please let me know if this looks ok/period/original, it is numbered on the back and looks good but so much stuff is faked these days, The document has two dates on it, I cannot read german, I hope the document and the pin go together properly, I paid 100 US for this lot, which I think is fair, I saw a badge like this once for around 80, not sure how rare they are with a document. Thanks for any help you can offer.

The paper I do not know.

The document certifies the recipient as having completed the Glider Class "C" Qualification Test during his pre-military training...scarce, and the first I've seen...

I will post better photos when I get it, I think its cool and rare to have them as a set. the badge and letter supposely belongs to the same person.
