NSKK despatch rider helmet original or not?

The eagle looks different to me then others .

Pammy i checked the eagle and it looks ok, i scouted a few examples as i hadnt seen a NSKK lid before this is a 2nd pattern and is exactly the same as this see link as it explains a first and 2nd pattern Axis History Factbook: NSKK Crash Helmet

thanks Pammy i'd never seen any early political helmets before now apparently though the eagle on the 2nd pattern is meant to be stylised art deco style
