Hey gang. This was in the group I bought last week. I'm not having much luck searching them out online. I do know that the red stripes indicate some sort of rank or level.
I also wanted to post it for thoughts.

The Organzation Todt armband I am familiar with is a standard politicaL armband with a gray and black lettered "Organization Todt: band sewn to the top of the political band. This could be for wear with civilian clothing or fantasy. I have never encountered an armband in this pattern before. Printed armbands are easily made and the comment by lebus12 about ioffer would raise alarm bells with me.
