Not sure if this jacket WWII German one or not? Never seen these kind of collar tabs before either? Please advise thanks.

Color and red piping lead me to believe that this is an Imperial-Era Fireman's Tunic. Too bad we can't get a better look at the shoulder-boards and the coat of arms on the collar-tabs...
