It is always better not to offer an opinion when the item is something you are not familiar with. I do not have a lot of knowledge in this field so I will offer none.

The tunic as a whole is questionable IMO.. The "Off cut" sleeve patch of Abt. 244 / 2 is attributed to "Dillendorf".. XIV Moselland ( Mittelrhein ) The collar tabs appear to be Oberstfeldmeister.. The five buttons on the front of the piece and style of the collar and lack of "Up turned" Cuffs suggest maybe earlier construction methods that were modified in the later years.. Also the lack of sizing and R.A.D. Br. or other stampings seem different..
Wim. ( Saris ) will have a better aspect on this piece...I am Sure..
