one I saw was high quality , great detail for someone important,, other poor slobs never got one ?
Colt45,If they came without a swastica i have never seen one!I dont collect them and i have several which came in pieces i bought back in the 70's & 80's and they had swastica's on them.Carl
I can certainly understand everyones concerns on this piece, but I agree with Ade and Eric. I think it's an orginal ribbon for someone who had previously served in WWI. Probably kept in the same bag that it left the factory in, and out of the elements. "Dead on", I like that pun Eric.

Yeh I though the same, WW1 vets funeral sash....maybe by a veterans organization.....I'm sure there were mny types and lots of these made and not necessarily following a " approved" pattern
The iron cross does have a WW1 " feel " about it, I you know what I mean
