Is this Red Cross stickpin original?

Hi, was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is original? Came with the LDO holder too but that doesn't always mean something I'm sure. Thanks, Jeff

Hi Jeff,I could be wrong but the ones I have handled all had good detail to feet and a knurled pin?

Hmmm, I see the difference in LDO cards. I'm not holding my breath on this one, thought I've seen these maker marks before on non original items perhaps. Thanks for your time Eric, leaning towards your train of thought on this piece. Maybe someone else might have an opinion as well. Thanks again. Jeff
