The reichsautozug was likely the smallest party formation. Although it is a formation of the s a, it was attached to the
n s d a p in munich. It likely never numbered more than 200 members. This organization was in charge of furnishing and setting up all that was necessary to handle a party rally. Their responsibilities inclluded audio systems, seating, shelter and housing, field kitchens and latrines.

The 4 mm silver cuff litzen indicates the wearer joined the s a in 1932.
The photograph, from jill halcomb's book, " the s a." shows the unit's creator, brigadefuhrer schafer greeting reichsminister goebbels. Based on the shape of this tunic, the portly man directly to schaefer's left is likely the owner of this tunic.
Quite possibly, the tunic in the picture is the same one.
