is the first one called label pin?

Unusual badges - thank you for showing them. Are they both for membership of the Reichkulturkammer? - I notice the different colours and fixings. Angolia and LittleJohn (Labor Organisations of the Reich just say that a stickpin badge was 'authorized in April 1937' and that it was to be worn on the left lapel (p. 86) but don't mention any different types.
