a nice one : ) i like the "rough" look. i think this was a donation pin?! i have seen a booklet called " Luftschutz Tut Not" written by Edgar Winter (Berlin. Verlag für soziale Ethik und Kunstpflege o.J. [ca. 1933]. ), though i do not know when this badge was originally made : /
