Here's a nice set of early type collar tabs for a Sturmbanfuerer. Dark brown in color and velvety

Not really a set as they are both from the same side of the collar.

seems more to be former blank Pol. Leiter, Kreisleitung level (white edges) collars tabs with " later" added metal number and rank pins;
agree with Ralph, both tabs ar of the same side of the collar.
