I have concerns over the insignia on this shirt. The unit side collar tab appears to have metal cyphers, whcih were NEVER used on SA brownshirts. The unit designation should be chain stitched. Secondly, the unit designation does not make any sense as Roman numerals were only used to designate a sturmbann of which there would only be several in a SA Gruppe. It would be designated with the number and Standarte number such as this IV/30. A couple of years ago, a number of original brownshirts showed up with added reproduction collar piping shoulder boards and collar tabs. This appears to be one of them.
I am moving this to the Non Combat Forum which is where anything SA should be posted.

Interesting, so the shirt is possible an original, and then someone fooled the collector into buying it by do a little sewing job..
Lets hope he didnt had to pay to much for it.- Or can return it to the seller.
This is an early shirt based on the white RZM label. It was evidently stripped of insignia and when found, recycled with reproduction collar tabs, collar piping and possibly shoulder board. The RZM tag is quite faded from repeat laundering. Yet, the tabs, piping and shoulder board show no signs of fading or age. There is a similar shirt being offered right now for a staff officer of Gruppe Hochland. Metal collar tab cyphers and fake red and white collar piping. These are both likely the product of the same faker.
