A 1937 second pattern Reichsarbietsdienst Weibliche Jugend broach..
I would like to think "Paul Cramer" as the maker...These were replaced by a different pattern in 1939..

I'd rather be A "RaD Man than a Mad Man "
Beautiful piece - thanks for showing!
This piece is considerably weighty in construction and quality...

That really is a nice example G! Nice color.
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated
My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

Agree. I have one or two (2nd pattern?) and neither hold a candle to this one.

that's a very nice badge.
Very nice broach
The marking is Paulmann u. Crone. They used the diamond with the "P" and "C" with a small "u"
between the both below. They did use this marking anyway until the late 1970's.
Paul Cramer marked as: a big "P" which includes a small "c" within the opening of the "P",
further a small "u" below the "P" and a large "C" through the "P" with an small "o".
Often all of it is positioned within a triangular.
