    Some kind of a political pin. I think I have an identical one. Find some pictures of Hitler in a tuxedo and you'll see a pin like this in the lapel.

    I found one that look a bit alike this one at snyderstreasures.com, and it it a Military Police GILT Lapel Stick Pin Long Service Badge
