Strange color on armband - original ?

I only have this photo, but I hope someone can help me.
First i thought it was from the swedish Nationalsocialistiska B.A.P. but I see now they mostly use yellow colour on the swastika.
Can it be from another foreign nazi-organisation ?

I seem to remember years ago, that the blue swastika's were supposedly for the Americans that turned Nazi during the war, but I have never seen such a thing in wear and doubt the veracity of the story.

Have searched through volumes of articles, but can not find anything with this color. Black, red and white swastika's original from different organisations, but blue?
