As Wim. Saris has continually pointed out, This "Reference" material may be conjecture or at least based on ill facts.. He has (Wim.) the knowledge and the findings based on period articles and conscripts unknown to anyone else except a few in the collector community.. Volumes and book cases filled with rare and some yet to be witnessed in some years IMO of original manuscripts.. I am trying to learn and educate myself.. But this task seems difficult.. G
