TENO stickpin for review/opinion

Recently bought this TENO stickpin and after posting photos on Instagram, someone contacted me and said it was fake.

I have 'uniforms organisation and history of the german police' but it only shows the front of the badge.

Would very much welcome your input and assistance.

Hi Jamie, Personally I am not a fan of the enameling or the fonts on back of pin. To me the casting overall does not seem good but I could be mistaken. I am not a pin guru but to me it does not seem to be like other examples in the collecting marketplace from reputable dealers or sellers I have seen. I am posting some pics of ones I have seen that are authentic IMO. See what others with more knowledge than I think as well.

Thanks, yeah, in the meantime I've been looking around and it would appear that this is one of the "low number fakes" which have been kicking about for a while.

Such a pity as it is a really nice pin

We all get burned in this hobby now and then!
More fake stuff than original floating around
