Its a thank you for the farmers etc? working on the land during the war, from the Salzburg land workers society/association.
Quite a few areas presented similar badges with just different place names.
As to value, difficult to say, depends on what the tinnie collector collects i.e probably of no interest to the HJ or SA collector etc etc,

These are known as Harvest Appreciation Badges, as for value all I know is that they are not easy to find.
