your insignia is a 'reichsverband deutscher flughäfen' for the ground personal.
your version is the first one the second version as the lufthansa except the lufthansa kranich therefore it was the symbol of reichsverband deutscher flughäfen. the second symbol is similar to the deutsche luftfahrt gmbh i don't know if you are fimilar with it
