SA Gruppe Hamburg Sports Day Tinnie 1939. It may be marked on back Richard Sieper & Sohne Ludenscheid M9/25.

It would be nice to see the rest of your find Phil of pins and such. I like these small works of art simple as the are.
This maker has done many different styles with same worn off gold and I have yet to see a pristine example by this maker.
