As said above, an SA flagbearer's gorget. (This was also used by the SS until it got its own distinctive model.)
I cannot comment on authenticity.

Thanks for the prompt replies, I still have a question, when looking to a SA flagbearer's gorget it has a "round shape" Swastika whereas this gorget has a normal Swastika.
Is it normal, is it due to some others variations ?

As found in their belt buckles, the shape of the swastika changed from the first pattern rounded swastika. As with all gorgets, these were worn by the fahnentrager and the two honor guards. It is 100% period original and a fairly common one at that.

I couldn't remember seeing a SA gorget with this style swastika. After searching the forums I found a couple more examples but it seems the majority of SA gorgets have the round style swastika.
