Did a quick look at the Gothic alphabet and came out that this looks more like V.D.A . Then I googled ''WW2 VDA'' and this was the first page.
Mystery solved.

Not DDA, but VDA = Volksbund für das Deutschtum im Ausland.

By the way, the organisation has been going by the initials VDA since 1908, but they have had different meanings over the decades:

1908: Verein für das Deutschtum im Ausland
1933: Volksbund für das Deutschtum im Ausland
1955: Verein für das Deutschtum im Ausland
1998: Verein für Deutsche Kulturbeziehungen im Ausland
