This is the tinnie produced/distributed for the 1939 Nuremberg Party Rally...the one that was cancelled...Not worth much at all in this condition as these are easily obtained for $10-$20...

As I am not a Nazi collector I have chosen not to know a lot about that sort of thing, however as I am a well known collctor many show me what they have found..and I know, with some, if I do not buy it, then they will never come back to me..so many times I take chances and lose, but many times I win..in the end, For my own Collection, it seems to work out.

Let me add that above the ankle is a Trademark RK for professor Klein the designer.
Value 30.00-40.00$ IMO.
