There are a lot of things in this world that I would like to have, but cannot afford either. I accept this fact and I accept that it does not give me the moral justification to steal them or reason to expect others to provide me with them free of charge.
Take a moment to reflect on the fact that authors of such specialised books - which are pretty much niche products and not worldwide smash hit bestsellers creating millions of revenue - invest much time, effort and financial resources in their research, often making little or no profit in return.
Also consider that fellow members who own these books had to buy them for their own hard-earned cash.
Publicly demanding scans from these works is an affront to both the authors and the honest buyers and a call for strangers to commit copyright infringement.
And you're not even doing it in a polite way.
One again: buy the book. And writing in capitals does not work for me!
