At the town hall of Poperingen there is THE Death Cell ;where condemned deserters were held before being shot at dawn at the execution pole in the courtyard.
    700 soldiers died that way.
Could it be linked to each other??

The guy I acquired it from told me it is an anti-partisan armband, and that it is the only one in existance. I am assuming that anti-partisan means pro-nazi?

Thanks for the insight! So it was ANTI-nazi? Instead of pro-nazi? Or was this armband worn in WW 1?
